Evaluation - Evaluated once in the community, twice among ourselves.

Feedback - we were able to evaluate ourselves:

Areas of strengths: we noticed improvement in these areas:
• Openness to sharing of ideas
• Eagerness to learn
• Listening and encouraging others

Areas of weaknesses: we are encouraged to keep working on these areas:
• No self confidence and feel reluctant in trying new ideas
• Lack of interest
• listening to others suggestions
