This Resource Centre was established by the Southern Zonal Coordinating Committee in April, 1998 to manage DELES Centre for Sustainable Agriculture (DECSA) located at Abanla-Ibadan, market DELES programme around Ibadan and Coordinate incoming Facilitators in and around Ibadan into a pool of Facilitators.

With Mrs. Justina Aliu in the office, Mathias Faleye on the farm, Sr. MaryAnthony Ogunkorede, OLA was employed as DELES Area Manager and DECSA Project Coordinator in October 1998.

Pax Herbal Shop
A subsidiary of Deles Area Office, Ibadan is the herbal shop - an annex of the Pax Herbal Clinic and Research Laboratories founded by the Benedictine Monks at Ewu–Ishan, Edo State and managed by DELES Staff.

Different categories of people call in for consultation, counseling and treatment and efforts are made to alleviate diseases and preserve health using herbs or therapeutic agents from nature. The use of natural resources as therapeutic agents has assisted in the diagnoses and treatment of physical and mental health. It has also helped in the prevention of diseases through counseling.
