Dear Sr. Maurah,

Compliments of the season to you and your entire DELES team. We thank God for granting you safe journey back to your base after your last workshop with us.

It may please you to know that your workshop has borne tremendous fruits in terms of re focusing us in the right direction gingering up in us a better sense and commitment to duty, disposing us to a more cordial and healthy relationship with patients etc.

The Administration has followed up the seminar with meetings with different units. On the whole we could say the hospital though still experiencing certain problems, is gradually picking up on different fronts.

As a follow up to our earlier discussion we would like to formally invite you, once again to St. Mary Hospital, to continue with the next phase of the workshop.

We propose any dates in the third or fourth week of February 2003. We hope to hear from you if this period suits you or not, as well as the exact dates of convenience.
