REPORT OF DELES WORKSHOP
The participants, Mrs. Jeboda, Miss Obba, Messrs Monday Otame, Amos Awopeju, Akrawa and Fagbemi, gave the feedback from DELES phase 1 they attended last November at the Retreat Centre.
Their Sharing comprised of very useful information on Listening, Participation and Observation, the River of life, Good leadership, Johari window, Transactional Analysis, Self-Management and forming the square. We also explore how these are related to our work as teachers and non - teaching staff in school.
From the sharing, it is very clear that the participants got a good grasp of all that they learnt during the workshop. We pray and hope the phase II will even be more useful and interesting.
